hello all,
we are moving from ms-sql server2000 to firebird(super
server) but it is responding very slow with .net application.

we are simply fetch a record(string) from a table and do
some calculation on this string and again insert into a differrent
table,this application is running very fast in ms-sql but it is very
slow in firebird.
plz help me asap.........
