OK - I've got Mandriva 2008.0 up ( had to modify the hardware to get it to
load, but it is now loading OK )
FB2.0.3 is included along with FlameRobin and I've actually managed to get
SuperServer running on this setup ( I failed with Mandriva 2007.1 ).
I've got two of my personal UDF functions running fine, but the third, a
simple copy of the 'mod' function from ib_udf seems to install OK, but when I
try and use it the complaint is that it does not exist. I've restarted
Firebird just in case and that did not help.
.... Having rebooted the machine everything seems fine - should I have needed to?
