Have you read the "Getting Started Guide"? If so, you would know
how to connect: a SHARE will NOT work!

You should use the local path on the server, so if your server is BARINST,
and the database is at C:\Barry\Barry.fdb

Then (TCP/IP) use the following "connect string":

BARINST:c:\Barry\Barry.fdb
