Hi,

I've not had to get involved with character sets before so I might
well be asking the obvious here. I have a client who is using our
database but wishes to use the Welsh language. I know that the
character set exists for the Celtic languages and its Latin-8 or
ISO8859_14. How can I add this character set to the Firebird 2
server?
