Sorry, I meant:

bin/isql 143.0.0.86:/opt/firebird/examples/empbuild/employee.fdb

Is this 143.0.0.86 host or guest system? When I asked for output of
all those commands, I meant settings for the "guest", so if you gave
us the host ones, please repeat route, ifconfig and lsof output for guest.
