You've never been able to "go back" to an older ODS. The
transportable backup makes an older gbak backup restorable by a newer
gbak program. The reverse has never been the case....
HOWEVER
If you've still got a viable copy of the v.2.0 database (or can get
one by restoring the v.2.0 backup using the v.2.0 gbak) then try
using the Fb 1.5 gbak to back up the v.2.0 database. I've been told
it does work in some cases. (Rename the v.2.0 gbak first before
copying over the v.1.5 one.)
