I belive that any will be suitable for my case since I'm dealing with past
DATES. I'm assigning NOW to var on the beggining of the procedure and
searching for rows where date is before now. Bussines logic confirms rows
(ALARMS) by ID so if any of them is missed previosly, it will be fetched
next time.
