Hello
The same little test console client program successfully connects to
Firebird database if run from Windows Explorer and displays "SQL
error: unavailable database" if run as cgi script by IIS 5.1
The only difference I can spot is that it is run from Windows
Explorer on behalf of current user MYNAME and it is run by IIS on
behalf of user IUSR_COMPUTERNAME.
Does it matter for Firebird server which user requests database
connection?
Does IIS server restrict cgi programs to access other services on
the same machine? (sorry for off-topic)
Many thanks,
Glebas
