Hi,

I am experiencing high CPU usage (45-50%) when I
connect to a specific Firebird database GDB file
(approx 600 Mb).

Now even if I disconnect / close the application which
has connected to that GDB then also the CUP usage
remains 45-50%.

I have other GDBs also of similar size but when I
connect to those there is no such issue.

I have noticed this behavior in Firebird version 1.0.3
as well as 1.5.x.
In Version 1.0.3, CPU usage goes upto 35% but in
Version 1.5 it is going till 50%.

Please help me out.
