I tried:

127.0.0.1:C:\Program Files\Firebird\Firebird_1_5\security.fdb
G7-850-1:C:\Program Files\Firebird\Firebird_1_5\security.fdb

They each give me:

Unknown database. Unable to complete network request to host "localhost".
Failed to establish a connection.
The system could not find the environment option that was entered.
