After an application crash a FB1.5.3 database has a hung up process which
causes deadlocks, prevents validation, database file deletion, replacememnt
by restore etc. Shutting down and restarting the database does nothing. I
dont want to stop and start the service because of other working databases
on the server.

Is there anything I can do to clear it?
