Hello All,
I seem to be having troubles with my firebird installation.
When I attempt to gsec/gbak, etc I get:
unavailable database
unable to open database
I'm using the sysdba and my password for the u/p and I am not able to
connect.
Ironically enough all of my applications are still functioning off of
the firebird server, just fine.
Just as a test this morning, I un-installed firebird and re-installed
it and I am still receiving the same erorr message. Thinking that it
was a corrupt security file, I copied my local version (from my dev
server, which is identical) to my remote server and that still did not
solve the issue.
Here's what's running:
Firebird 1.5.2.4731 in SuperServer mode
Firebird ODBC 1.2.0.69
Windows 2003
Any ideas?
Thank you for your time.
