The last couple of times I've posted to this list I have had the following
email sent back:

There is no user by that name at this server.

The attachment contains the original message I sent, ^helen, can anything be
done?


OOI, when we [as users] refer to ^helen, shouldn't we dereference that and
use helen^ :-)
