Well, translating from my Portuguese Suse to English..

Go to Yast/Security/Firewall/Allowed services/External Zone/Advanced
and add gds_db to TCP ports.

Or edit /etc/sysconfig/SuSEfirewall2 and modify the entry
FW_SERVICES_EXT_TCP=".." and put gds_db on it.
