using IB 6.0.1.6 on Linux.
I have a database with multiple files.
Today it seems to have reached the defined size limit of the main file
but did not start using the second file.
page size is 8192.
main file limited to 251278 pages which it is currently sitting at.
gbak will attempt to backup until it reaches a specific table and then
stops with the "file size limit exceeded" error.
gfix just returns the error.
other client tools refuse to connect.
IB Surgeon says everything is OK with the file, no curruption reported.
I can copy the file to a Windows server but it also refuses to open
the database since it can not open the secondary file.
Any one have ideas on what can be done?
TIA
Andrew
