Hi all,
I have an issue with ESTABLISHED connections that dont appear to go
away. When i do a netstat -a on the firebird server machine, it
displays these established connections to a machine that i have
physically checked is switched off and has been for over 10 hours.
Without stopping the server or the OS is there anyway to diagnose what
these ESTABLISHED connections are or coming from since the machine in
question is not on. Can i kill off these connection individually one
by one? Restarting the server or os is not the preferred option. Any
help or direction appreciated.
