are your

Besides a posible long running query - I know that sometimes the users
enters a part of the program, does something without ever finishing it
- Here they will have open transactions.

I'm not sure how to handle this yet.

I would like to do some automatic closing querys, transactions and
windows they have opened....
But I'm still trying to figure out, how to do that the easyest way.
