FB 1.5.3

I inadvertently created a DB for a client with NONE as the character
set. This has caused some problems in a few SP's that look at blob
data so I want to change to ISO8859_1.

I have both DBWorkbench and all the "G" tools for command line. How do
I go about doing this?

I think I can run a script to create an empty database and then import
the data, but it seems like there should be a shorter way.
