I don't see a question mark anywhere in your message, so I'll just guess
what you want.

There are many, much better IDEs for Firebird than Borland's Database
Explorer. For a Windows user I can recommend IBExpert, DB Workbench and
FlameRobin for all platforms. If that isn't enough, take a look at
Firebird website for list of admin tools.
