Equipment is NEVER the problem with these situations. The two most
expensive/troublesome areas are:

1) acquiring and paying for reliable and adequate network bandwidth.
Network access is the one technical resource that is NOT coming down in
price as time goes on. No Moore's Law there. Just greedy big businesses.

2) acquiring and paying for someone's attention to maintain the system.
People are an expensive component. I think they always will be.
