Assuming you start an instance of fbserver.exe as an application (-a)
and without displaying a control icon (-n), which is a good thing
when it runs under the control of some other application, how can we
peacefully and kindly ask the fbserver process to stop?
The option -k looks unimplemented in Windows ports.
