You are correct Alan,

I recently purchased IB/Firebird development studio to help with my
projects, and I note in the metadata it is Delimited, ie "VERSION"

I Cannot edit any of the records.

If I drop all the records, then try to insert new records, I get constraint
errors that are constraints for other tables!

In more than 8 years I've never had a corrupt production database with
firebird, and it would appear this one is now corrupt??

I checked the docs for FB2.0, and no mention of VERSION being a reserved
word, but from what I see here it appears so.

Thanks

Adrian

take a look at it closely - it's probably delimited - "VERSION" in which
case it's fine, albeit inconvenient.
