This command works fine in FB1.5.3, but fails in FB2 (ODS10.1)

ALTER TABLE BM ADD OBS BLOB SUB_TYPE 1 SEGMENT SIZE 80 CHARACTER SET
ISO8859_1;

This operation is not defined for system tables.
unsuccessful metadata update.

Implementation of text subtype 65301 not located.


I guess this table might have some problem.
