Hi,

When I try to back my database, gbak is aborting with the following error

writing data for table PURCHASE_DET
ERROR: internal gds software consistency check (cannot find record
fragment (248))
ERROR: gds_$receive failed
Exiting before completion due to errors
ERROR: internal gds software consistency check (can't find after bugcheck)

gfix -m -i inventory.fdb
and
gfix -v -f inventory.fdb
shows

Number of record level errores : 3
Number of database page errors : 17

I am not able to fix the error.

What could be the reason for this error ?

How to recover the data ?
