I have heard about Advanced Queues in Oracle - has something similar
(maybe - as separate toolset, open source - preferably) available for
FB.

What combination You can suggest for application that uses FB database
and should do some queueing job (as part of some transaction
preferably). One solution can be to use Java messsaging together with
JDBC and so on - but I am bounded to Delphi - so - this is not
solution.
