Hi all,

I have a database which runs on WinXP. I would like to investigate
use of extrenal files for some purpose. I have a small problem. When
I try to execute query which should create external file, everything
passses well, but when I try to commit transaction, I am receiving
error like:

Cannot commit transaction:
Unsuccessful execution caused by a system error that precludes
successful execution of subsequent statements.
Access to external file "test.txt" is denied by server administrator.

I suppose this is XP/NTFS issue. Can someone advice what should I do,
in order to make external file ?
