I believe firebird is thread safe. Is this the case with the embedded
version?

I am having problems when I use connections on different threads. I am
using different connections on each thread (or sharing a connection
when I know it is used in a mutually exclusive manner). I have tried
version 1.5.3 and 2.0 RC5.
