RC5 is beta. "RC" = Release Candidate = late beta

If it's missing, and you didn't de-select the Tools option, it would
be a defect in the installer. So, if you can see isql.exe,
gstat.exe, and so in the bin directory, but not gstat.exe, would you
please post a Tracker ticket at http://tracker.firebirdsql.org ?
