Hello,

I'm using the API of Firebird 1.5 and try to create a user
(isc_action_svc_add_user) with cyrillic characters (Windows 2000 with
cyrillic code page) without success. The isc_service_start function
does not return any error, but the user is not created in the security
database. Furthermore, the "grant ... on ... to ..." fails and the
error returned is "unexpected end of string...".

Any idea? Is it possible to use those chars in user names and passwords?
