I know it is NULL for two reasons. First, a backup/restore fails with a data validation error on that very column,
because it contains NULL which isn't allowed. Secondly, when doing the query "Select * from MyTable Where BBLShare Is
Null", it actually returns records.
I DID add this to an already populated table, followed by an "Update MyTable set BBLShare = 0". There is nothing that
justifies a NULL in this column.
