it gets that AFTER it's connected to the internet, not before.
anyway - he said after I installed FB, then I ran my program... it didn't
happen before he ran his program so it's not FB.
It's localhost not in his hosts file I would say. His PC is trying to
resolve locahost and trying to get to his DNS (internet) to resolve it.
