I was trouble shooting a customers computer and they had super tight
security, firewalls, etc.

After installing Firebird 1.5.2.4731, when I ran my program, their
firewall software came up saying it was trying to access the internet. I
was connecting via localhost:c:\mydir\mydatabase.fdb, so I don't see why
that would trigger the internet warning. Does fbserver.exe access the
internet for any other reasons?
