Hi.
In response to Aage Johansen : Thanx for the reply. We also thought that
it could be the case of using an old machine. Several months ago we
built-up a new box and did a clean install of WinNT 4.0 and only
Firebird software is installed on it. However,we still encounter the
same problems. Do you think that it could perhaps be a problem with our
network, or some PC thats connecting to this DB ??
Regards
Ashley

suspect your hardware. It's running WinNT4 so I'm suspecting it is an old
box. I would try to move the database to some other (newer) box - maybe
just a modern pc - and try it for a week (or a new problem!).
