a) When should the Super Server be used and when Classic (on a standard
Pentium IV) machine.

b) Is Super Server "best" for Multi-processor machines like Xeon?

c) Will there be any problems (performance issues) if Super Server is
running on a standard Pentium IV server, or doesn't it matter?
