Hi,
I'd like to create a stored procedure, which should check a part
number table for a list of parts and return the PK of the first found.
There are some questions coming up here:
1.) What parameter type should be used? The stringlist might
contain up to 150 entries with a maximum of 20Chars each (plus the
CR+LF)
2.) is there a length limitation for the above parameter type?
3.) How do i separate the stringlist into single "lines" which can be
then used within a for/while loop? Is an UDF available which offers
this functionality or can it be solved with PSQL?
