Hello,

the above error message appears frequently, apparently when many clients
are connected to the database. When this happens, the general database
performance is very (!) low, even though processor load and memory usage
of the server are below critical level. Maybe I should mention that a
lot of operations are performed within the database itself, i.e. within
loads of triggers/procedures. We are using the FB Classic Server 1.5.2
on a 3.2 GHz Xeon-Dual w/ activated HyperThreading, the OS is W2K3
Server.

Does anyone know what this means, or even what to do in this case?
