It's not applicable, anyway, unless you actually installed the service so
that it is started by a different user than the installation default -
localsystem - which, under WinXP, has more powers even than Administrator.

If you are running the client and the server on the same machine, it's
possible your system won't see the effect of the addition of the new UDF
lib until next time you reboot the machine. I don't know why this should
be, but I've seen it occur with a stand-alone XP setup.
