In the situation where a Windows application that makes use of
fbembed.dll in installed on a computer that has an active firebird
server running on it, how would the application that makes use of the
embedded server behave?

Would it by default use the active server, or would it use the
fbembed.dll? How would the security behave if the database that the
recently installed application uses a database with a username /
password that is not part of the server's security.fdb?
