Hi,
I would be interested to know what filesystem the database file is
located
on. If it is ext2 which, as I recall, is the default for a new RH 7.2
installation, then it's possibly encounteriing the 2 Gb file size limit
during periods when there is a lot of uncollected garbage.
./heLen
This are version infos about the system:
========================================
Linux version 2.4.20-28.7smp
Filesystem: EXT3 FS 2.4-0.9.19
Mount: EXT3-fs: mounted filesystem with ordered data mode.
Regards,
Josef Gschwendtner
By the way:
What do I have to do, to assign my reply to the original message
(getting tree of related messages)?
I work with XanaNews to read the messages and Outlook to write a
message.
