Hello *,
on one of our customer's computer, Firebird 1.5 refused to start as a
service on system startup (Windows XP Prof). The event log shows the
following error message:
Firebird Server error: 1063; StartServiceCtrlDispatcher failed.
After user login, the Firebird service can be successful started by hand
using the Firebird control panel applet and runs fine.
For me, it looks like some unresolved dependencies between firebird and
some (yet) unknown service. Since neither guardian nor server has any
dependency information, my question is:
Which are the dependend service for firebird to run (i.e. Network)?
TIA
Achim
