We are developing the c/s database application on Borland C++ Builder 6
(Enterprise). For debugging we use BCB6 Enterprise and several BCB6
Professionals, because when debugging we do not connect remotely to
database. BCB6 Professional (that supports only the local database
connections) is ok for this, because it is much cheaper. The question
is if we migrate to Firebird, could we still use BCB6 Pro for local
debug or only BCB6 Enterprise?
