Im embedding Firebird install directly to my intall. I have a couple
questions. I've looked through docs, license etc but hoping to both verify
and save some time.

1) Legally what files must I distribute to the user?
2) If I just want super server - what files must I deploy?
3) Whats the best way to determine if the user already has FB installed?
4) If I run FB on my own as part of my application, what is the best way to
see if FB is already running?
