I have a W2k, TS system with firebird 1.5.2 client installed, access to the
firebird library is via ODBC. The same machine had 1.0 and interbase clients
previously. The application tried to use an SQL statement
with an ambiguous column reference but the message I got was "internal gds
software consistancy check". When I ran the application on my development
platform, XP, I get the expected "ambiguous column" message.
The firebird.msg files on the clients are identical but the W2k firebird1.5
directory is installed in D:/softmast rather than c:/program files
what do I need to change to get the correct error messages?
