Hi everybody,

I'm wondering if there is a mechanism in Firebird to control how the
database GDB/FDB file grows. For example, would it be possible to
tell the database server to always grow the file in 1MB increments?

I looked at the CREATE DATABASE DDL command, but I only saw a pagesize
option there. I didn't see anything in gfix that looked like it would
work either.

(I'm using Firebird 1.5 on Windows and Sun.)
