Well... That would be nice and interesting. But I'd just like to make
clear: I don't have any doubts about the Firebird implementation, I'm
not requesting anything, and I'm not saying I know better than anyone
else. I'm just curios about how this is done inside FB, why (for
example, has this kind of caching even been considered?), if there are
any plans to change it in the forseable future, and if so how and why,
etc. :-)
