Hi James,
We had an issue once with a Virus Scanner / Firewall utility that was
being a bit too helpful for its own good. Actually, judging by your
footer message, it is the same one. Running debugview to track some
other changes, we saw imon.dll crashing in a few cases.
I have no idea what your server OS is running, but I know there are
some issues with Hyperthreading and also with databases with the gdb
file extension. Also there was an issue with win2003 shadowing or
something from memory. Do a search on this list and try some of the
suggestions.
