If you are into opensource then JSP/PHP would be your best bet.
Since im the JSP kind of guy you can go to http://jakarta.apache.org
to download tomcat and go to http://java.sun.com to download j2se then
you can start developing your .jsp.
If you intend to to use firebird as your database then you know where
to find jaybird.
