Everything we do right now is web and we control the servers. Our
clients don't usually get into the db, and we don't encourage them to.

Costco (USA, west coast) sells a great Habanero Green Chili sausage.
Aidells (sp?) I think. Tasty, not too hot. Try it if you can.
