I have found several versions of msvcrt.dll on my hard drive.
Why is the one in C:\Program Files\Firebird\Firebird_1_5\bin dated 3/7/2000,
when there are much newer versions extant, such as 6/20/2003, 8/4/2004, and
even 1/4/2005?
I read that this is one of the files needed for Firebird apps to run, and
just want to make certain that when I deploy my firebird apps they have all
the files they need. But now the question is: which version of that file-the
one in C:\Program Files\Firebird\Firebird_1_5\bin, or the newest one, should
I deploy?
