Has anybody written a SQL that will bring back the dependencies of data in
the tables structure in a database.

We want to write a program that exports some of the data in a database into
SQL insert statements into a empty database. The order of the insert
statements when we run them on the empty database is important in the sense
of the data dependencies of foreign keys and so forth. Instead of hard
coding the dependencies in our export for the database in it's current
state, we would like to write something that will always do the export in
the order of the data dependencies even if new tables are added.

Hope someone can help with a easy solution.
